At Visibli, your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data. By using Visibli, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide and improve the Visibli platform. This includes:

Account information: When you register, we collect your email address and name. This is used to create and manage your account, authenticate your sessions, and communicate with you about your subscription.

Scan data: To perform AI visibility scans, we collect the brands, keywords, and competitors you configure in your dashboard, along with the results returned by AI platforms. This data powers your visibility reports and trend tracking.

Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and session duration. This helps us understand how to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Visibli service. Specifically, we use your data to run AI visibility scans on your behalf, generate detailed visibility reports and trend analyses, and surface actionable recommendations.

We may also use your contact information to send monitoring alerts when significant changes in your brand visibility are detected, to deliver weekly or monthly digest reports, and to communicate important updates about the platform or your subscription.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Visibli is hosted on Supabase, a secure cloud database platform. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption. Our servers are located in the United States and European Union, depending on your account region.

We apply strict access controls to ensure only authorized personnel can access production data, and only when necessary for support or debugging purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

To deliver our core functionality, Visibli integrates with a small number of trusted third-party services:

OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic: We query these AI platforms on your behalf to perform visibility scans. We send only the keywords and brand names you configure — no personally identifiable information is included in these requests.

LemonSqueezy: We use LemonSqueezy to process subscription payments. Payment details such as credit card numbers are handled directly by LemonSqueezy and are never stored on our servers.

Resend: We use Resend to send transactional and notification emails. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering messages you have requested or consented to.

5. Cookies

Visibli makes minimal use of cookies. We use session cookies strictly for authentication — to keep you logged in while you use the platform. These cookies are essential for the service to function and are deleted when your session ends or you log out.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that follow you across the web.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights with respect to your data:

Access: You can view the data associated with your account at any time through your dashboard.

Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at visibli.com@gmail.com.

Export: You can export your scan history and report data in CSV or JSON format from your account settings.

Opt-out: You can opt out of non-essential emails, including digest reports and marketing communications, at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or through your notification settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your scan data and account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account and data remain accessible until the end of your billing period.

If you request account deletion, all personal data and scan history associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the deletion request.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email at the address associated with your account.

Your continued use of Visibli after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
