Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Visibli. They govern your access to and use of our platform, products, and services. By accessing Visibli, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Visibli platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use Visibli.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and Agency plan customers.

2. Description of Service

Visibli is a SaaS platform that provides AI brand visibility tracking, competitor analysis, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) recommendations, and ready-to-implement solutions for improving how brands appear in AI-generated responses.

The platform queries AI systems on behalf of users using configured keywords and brand names, processes the results, and presents actionable data and insights. Feature availability varies by subscription plan.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Visibli. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at visibli.com@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Visibli offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you authorize LemonSqueezy to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Free Trial

All Visibli paid plans include a 1-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to the features included in your selected plan at no charge.

Your payment method will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you wish to avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the trial expires. Cancellation instructions are available in your account dashboard.

Free trials are available once per user and are not transferable. Visibli reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Visibli only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

API abuse: Sending excessive or automated requests that strain or degrade platform performance beyond normal usage patterns.

Unauthorized scraping: Using automated tools to extract data from the Visibli platform beyond the scope of normal product use or permitted API access.

Illegal purposes: Using the platform to engage in, facilitate, or promote any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Unauthorized reselling: Reselling, sublicensing, or white-labeling Visibli's platform or outputs without an active Agency plan that explicitly permits such use.

7. Intellectual Property

Visibli owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including its design, code, algorithms, brand identity, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the platform.

You retain ownership of the data you bring to the platform — including your brand names, keywords, and competitors. You also retain ownership of the AI-generated solution code and content produced on your behalf through your Visibli subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

Visibli is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific AI visibility improvements will result from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visibli and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Visibli in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Visibli reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or the platform itself. We will endeavor to provide notice where feasible.

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Following account termination or cancellation, all personal data and scan history associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
